Today, I’m sharing a method that I like to call the Agency Cash Printing Machine. It’s powerful, simple, and guaranteed to bring in clients when you implement it correctly. In fact, if you stick with this, it’s nearly impossible not to see a profit.

Why Video Marketing is a Game-Changer for Your Agency

One of the best ways to skyrocket your agency’s growth is through video marketing. Now, before you think, “I don’t want to be on camera,” hear me out. This strategy is not only effective but can be done with minimal effort.

Here’s how it works:

Start a YouTube Channel

Your YouTube channel will be your primary traffic source. Create videos discussing digital marketing topics you enjoy. The key is consistency — try to post one video a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but it’s easier than it seems. I record my videos with a free program called OBS, and you can do the same. If you’re not on a computer, you can even use your phone — today’s phone cameras are high quality, so your content will still look great.

Create Thumbnails

You don’t need fancy software. Use a free tool like Canva to design eye-catching thumbnails for your videos. It’s simple, effective, and completely free. I use Canva for all of my course thumbnails.

Incorporate a Call to Action (CTA)

About two minutes into each video, make sure to introduce a CTA — such as “Book an Appointment.” Link your audience to a landing page where they can schedule an appointment with you. Make sure to mention this twice — once around two minutes into the video, and again at the end, just before you remind people to like and subscribe. These calls to action should be linked in your video’s description as well, so people can access them easily.

Building a Landing Page for Appointments

Your landing page is crucial. Keep the URL short and easy to remember — something like agency.com/book. You can use free plugins on WordPress to help people book appointments, or platforms like Calendly, which is also a great option, though it comes with some limitations. The goal is to make it easy for potential clients to schedule time with you after watching your video.

YouTube’s Power for Agency Growth

YouTube is an incredibly powerful platform, and here’s why: you don’t need to worry about off-page SEO (SEO outside of YouTube itself). By simply posting videos consistently, you can generate traffic with very little effort.

When you create valuable content and offer real insights, people will find your videos and trust you. The more niche your content is, the better. If you focus on specific topics within digital marketing, even a small YouTube channel with just 100 subscribers can yield appointments. This is because people who watch your videos will already feel connected to you and are more likely to book with you. It’s the law of reciprocation: when you give value, people want to give back — in this case, by becoming clients.

How Consistency Can Land You Clients

The key to this strategy is consistency. If you post daily and stick to it for 30 days, you’re likely to land five to ten clients — or even more. It’s that simple. People are already searching for the information you’re providing, and when they come across your videos, they’ll see you as an expert they can trust.

Even if your channel is small, you’re still attracting leads. The more content you produce, the more clients you’ll attract, and the more you’ll build your authority in the digital marketing space.

While you don’t need to do this right away, it’s worth considering email marketing in the long run. You can use email marketing to collect leads before they book an appointment and send follow-up emails to ensure that they attend their scheduled appointments.
