Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to courses and digital products purchased directly from Local Rank Ninja.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Any course materials or content that have been resold, shared, or downloaded outside of your account may void eligibility.
  • Refunds do not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces unless explicitly stated.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is submitted, we will honor it without question or pushback.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Optional Feedback

  • While your refund will be granted without question, we may invite you to complete an optional survey to share feedback on how we might improve our products.
  • Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and will not affect your refund.

Course Access

  • Upon approval of a refund, your access to the purchased course(s) or digital product(s) will be immediately revoked.
  • If you wish to continue learning with us, you will need to repurchase the course or product.
